29 November 2008 – What a fantastic day!

The weather was brilliant, in fact ’stinking hot’! Phil ‘the muso” (aka Adam’s dad) entertained the sea of deckchairs and summer hats, while their occupants swilled bubbles and gorged on glazed ham. A perfect day!

The best hat competition was won by President Michael (pink cowboy hat with flowers) and Princess Margaret (complete butterfly aviary on straw), with the competition voting being conducted in classic Zimbawean style.

Thank you to everyone who came along – it was great to see you on the day, and we were delighted you came and joined us for what was a fantastic afternoon (and evening, and then the after-party the whole next day!).
